Dubai's ballon

Published 2007/07/20

Just a fortnight after Hong Kong, AEROPHILE SA has inflated its 38th balloon in Dubai. This new AERO30NG is henceforth flying imposingly above Dubai, 280 metres up in the sky. We could not settle for less in this country where excessiveness and crazy projects are the norm.

This new balloon, installed at the Egyptian Door of the gigantic Ibn Battuta shopping centre, overhangs the very busy Sheikh Zayed Road, the motorway linking Dubai with Abu Dhabi.

This location near the Jumeirah city centre offers a one-of-its-kind view onto the point where the desert meets the sea, onto the marina and the incredible Palm Island.

We wish a good flight to this farandole of brand new characters.
